5A. “DO NOT TRACK” DISCLOSURE

5B. NEVADA PRIVACY NOTICE

SONE™ GDPR DATA PROCESSING ADDENDUM (DPA)

This GDPR Addendum (“Addendum”) supplements the SONE™ Privacy Policy and applies when processing personal data of individuals located in the European Union (EU) or United Kingdom (UK) in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) and UK GDPR.

SONE™ acts as the Data Controller.

Service providers engaged by SONE™ act as Data Processors.

SONE™ CALIFORNIA PRIVACY ADDENDUM (CCPA/CPRA)

This Supplemental Notice applies solely to California residents, under the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CPRA”).

SONE™ collects the following categories defined under CCPA/CPRA:

SONE™ DATA SECURITY ADDENDUM

At SONE™, protecting user information is a core priority. We employ industry-leading safeguards to ensure that personal data, streaming activity, and Beacon™ interactions remain secure.

All data transmitted between your device and SONE™ is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS 1.2+. Sensitive credentials are hashed and salted using industry-standard methods.

Only authorized personnel may access personal data. Access is granted on a least-privilege basis. Administrative actions require authentication and logging.

3 . DRM & Content Protection

Streaming data is protected via:

  • Anti-ripping technology

  • Encrypted streaming segments

  • Digital downloads may include watermarking or identifiers.

4 . Infrastructure Security

SONE™ collects only the information necessary to operate the Service. Biometric identifiers are not stored, sold, or shared. Data is retained only as long as needed.
